I speak with so many people who’ve been on many fad diets with no long-term weight-loss result. Unfortunately, there are so many diets out there that are appealing to people because of the “quick fix” possibility. But a lot of these weight-loss plans aren’t healthy for us. As a dietitian, this bothers me.
