Is a ramen diet safe?

How long can i safely live off a mostly ramen diet? Ramen soup is very high in sodium, which isn’t good for you. It also isn’t a balanced healthy meal. If you’re looking for an inexpensive type soup, try making your own like my Good Hot Soup recipe. It’s very inexpensive, less than $5, and will make about 20 plus one-cup meals. And it’s easy to make. To make it, combine 1 cup of large dried lima beans, 1 cup of dried barley and 1 cup of dried split peas in a large pot. Chop 1 cup of celery and 1 cup of carrot into medium-sized pieces and add to the pot. Pour one can of no salt added tomato sauce and 1 tablespoon of salt (resulting in about 360 mg of sodium per serving). Add water up to about 1 inch from the top of the pot. Mix the contents together. Bring the mixture to a boil and let it do so for about 5 minutes. Then lower the heat and simmer for several hours until the beans are soft. Stir frequently, as the mixture can stick to the bottom of the pot. It’s best if the soup cools in the refrigerator for a day before eating it, as it will thicken to a stew-like consistency and become yummy. Keep several meals worth (1 cup of soup) in the fridge and then freeze the rest in small containers with a meal or two that can be reheated in the microwave. You can take them out as needed. Add a piece of fruit and/or a small salad to the...
